The case pertains to alleged fake news spread over the assault of an elderly man in UP's Ghaziabad. Superintendent of Police Iraj Raja said that '99% arrests' have been made in the assault case. Twitter, Congress leaders, and some journalists are facing charges of promoting enmity between religions by alleging a communal angle to the crime.
