Pak drones 'bombard' LoC; BSF repels menace with border teams, depth patrols

BSF 'bombarded' by the onslaught of drone flights from across the Pakistan border. The BSF D-G said, 'This year, drones from across Pakistan border more than doubled'. The BSF detected about 79 drone flights along the India-Pak int'l border in 2020. Drone flights increased to 109 last year & 'more than doubled at 266 this year'. The BSF chief added, 'The problem is grave; we don't have a foolproof solution yet'. The drones been bringing across narcotics, arms and ammunition, counterfeit currency.
