Putin dive-bombs with Kamikaze drones; Can flying death machines turn the tide?

Russia unleashing successive waves of the Iranian-made Shahed drones over Ukraine. With drones, Russia is hitting targets, crushing morale & draining Ukraine's war chest. Drones, remote-controlled or pre-programmed vehicles, been used extensively in war. Drones gather intel, deliver explosives; and can even launch missiles & fly away. Kamikaze drones are precise, small in size and effectively penetrate air defenses. 'The poor man's cruise missile' - Flying death machines can flood any combat theater. Shahed-136 drones allow Russia to avoid putting sophisticated aircraft & pilots at risk. Kamikaze drones are also helping Russia save expensive long-range precision missiles. The warhead of a Shahed-136 pales in comparison to that of a conventional missile. At $20,000 apiece, the Shahed is only a tiny fraction of the cost of a full-size missile. For example, Russia's Kalibr cruise missiles cost the Russian military about $1MN each. At such a low cost, the Shahed-136 has been used to saturate targets and utilities. Kamikaze drone is a cheap but potent weapon - A boost for long-range strike capabilities.
