Ukraine, which is on the backfoot, claims that Russian troops are using white phosphorus munitions in the battle for Bakhmut. An AFP reporter who visited a forest area in Bakhmut's Chasiv Yar saw the airdropping of flames, which Ukrainian troops allege are white phosphoric munitions.
