Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi was detained by Delhi Police near Jantar Mantar during an INDIA bloc protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The detention came less than a day after he was earlier taken into custody during opposition demonstrations in the national capital.
