Russia aiming to restrict Ukraine's access to internet & news?

As per UK Defence Intel, Russia is probably targeting Ukraine’s communication infra to reduce news access. Fighting rages in Ukraine, scenes of chaos & bloodletting. Ukrainian police say thousands evacuated from Irpin, a town on the outskirts of Kyiv. Zelensky has reiterated the demand for warplanes & boycott of Russian oil.
