Shimla: Building turns into rubble in seconds, collapses amid heavy rains

A three-storey building in Himachal Pradesh's Shimla district collapsed like house of cards on Saturday afternoon. The incident took place at 12:30 PM in chopal market of Shimla. No loss of life has been reported as the building was vacated before it collapsed. Watch this video for more.
