Meet Santosh Shah, the Nepali finalist on MasterChef Professionals UK

He is determined to introduce the world to authentic Nepali cuisine, and he’s done a stand-up job so far. So much so that even Nepal’s prime minister remarked on his journey. Growing up poor in a border state, Santosh Shah, now 35, moved to Gujarat, India, to study and is now based in London. Here, he introduces viewers to his favourite Nepali spices and condiments, while touching upon the highlights of his journey.
