Ice hockey team prepares for Championship in UAE

Indian ice hockey team did rigorous practice in Ladakh district of Jammu and Kashmir ahead of the 2009 International Ice Hockey Federation or IIHF Challenge Cup of Asia in Abu Dhabi. The second Asian Ice Hockey Championship is scheduled for March 15-21 this year. Twenty Ice Hockey players and five standby players, all from Ladakh were selected last week for the international event.
