Russian President Vladimir Putin was caught on camera getting angry at his deputy. Putin was addressing a meeting of government officials, when he lost his cool at Deputy PM Denis Manturov over laxity in aircraft deals. Putin asked Denis what he was fooling around with. He criticised the Minister of Trade and Industry, telling him to work on securing orders for civil and military aircraft for 2023 within a month "and no later."
