What’s Putin’s real message behind the Oreshnik move in Belarus?

According to Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence, Moscow and Minsk have agreed to deploy the Oreshnik mobile, ground-based medium-range ballistic missile systems in Belarus by the end of 2025. The deployment is expected to heighten military risks not only for Ukraine but for much of Europe as well.
