Chileans, Mexicans urge marijuana legalization on ‘weed day’

Marijuana users hold 'smoke outs' in Mexico and Santiago as part of international 4/20 events for cannabis legalization. The protesters seek marijuana legalization for both medicinal and recreational usage. They want public consumption of the drug to be legalized in Chile.
