Macron 'Gives Up': France Removes Envoy From Niger, To End Military Presence | Watch

After days of ultimatum from the Niger military leaders, France has finally caved in with President Emmanuel Macron announcing the pulling out of French envoy, diplomats and troops from the West African country.
