Russia has issued a fresh warning to Kyiv, with Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov claiming Ukraine is “inevitably heading for defeat” despite continued Western and NATO support. Peskov accused Kyiv of escalating the conflict by targeting civilian infrastructure and economic sectors inside Russia, while insisting Moscow will continue delivering what he called an “adequate” response.
