Putin’s massive missile attack on Kharkiv, Odessa | US concerned of Russia risk

Russia has launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine early in the morning. Air raid sirens were sounded across Ukraine as missiles hit the port city of Odessa and Ukraine's second city Kharkiv, knocking out power in the regions. Infrastructure facilities were reportedly hit but there were no casualties. Meanwhile, a U.S. intelligence threat assessment report has hinted at escalation of the conflict in Ukraine by Russia.
