Ahead of Prime Minister Modi’s trip to the United States for QUAD meeting, United Nations’ Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned of a possible cold war brewing between the United States and China. The UN chief urged both countries to fix their dysfunctional relationship and called the possible cold war more perilous than the earlier cold war between U.S. and the Soviets.
