British politician hails Bangladesh war crimes trial

British Labour Party politician and a member of the London Assembly, Murad Qureshi has hailed the trials of the war criminals, accused of genocide during the 1971 liberation struggle of Bangladesh. Qureshi said that there were allegations of genocide and crimes, which were committed against Bengalis during the country's war of independence.
