Growing nations ask rich countries to cut emissions

The developing countries called upon the rich nations to cut upon their greenhouse gas emissions to curb global warming at the Group of Eight meet in Italy on Friday. The developing nations said they wanted to see more credible mid term targets than long-term ambitious targets.
