South Asia expert at the Council of Foreign Relations, USA, Daniel Markey described the political situation in Pakistan in the run down to the elections as 'fragile'. Expressing opinion on who might win the elections, Markey said that it was hard to predict but said that slain opposition leader Benazir Bhutto's party was likely to sweep the polls.
