Lawyers across the country were jubilant after Pakistan's Supreme Court has reinstated the country's top judge, four months after he was suspended by President Pervez Musharraf. The decision to reinstate Chaudhry was unanimous, but the decision to quash the charges, known as a reference, against him was carried by a 10 to 3 majority. Lawyers on Friday applauded the Supreme Court's decision to reinstate Chaudhry.
