PM attends fifth IBSA summit

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday attended the fifth trilateral summit of India, Brazil and South Aftrica at the Presidential Guesthouse in Pretoria. While the Eurozone crisis tops the agenda of the summit, UN Security council reforms and climate change are also expected to be the part of the discussion.
