PM seeks early negotiations on Trade & Investment pact

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, in an address to the 7th India-ASEAN summit at Hua Hin in Thailand on Saturday, called for an early conclusion of negotiations on the Trade-in-Services and Investment Agreement.
