Iran US war LIVE updates: Five Indian nationals were injured in the two fires that broke out in Abu Dhabi’s Khalifa Economic Zones - Kezad due to falling debris, authorities confirmed.

The statement said the fires had broken out after debris from a "successful interception" of a ballistic missile fell.

“In the context of the ongoing follow-up to the incident previously announced, which resulted from the fall of debris in the vicinity of the Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi - KEZAD areas, following the successful interception of a ballistic missile by air defenses, the competent authorities confirm that the incident resulted in injuries to 5 individuals of Indian nationality, ranging from moderate to minor,” the Abu Dhabi media office said in a statement.

Iran US war LIVE updates: US President Donald Trump said at the FII Priority Summit in Miami that economic growth would surge once the war ends, suggesting that the world would benefit from Iran no longer pursuing nuclear weapons or using terrorist proxies.

“And I think you’re going to see a rocket ship, because we won’t have that dark cloud hanging over our head,” Trump said.

The president played down recent declines in the stock market, saying “It hasn’t been that bad” and that he thought oil prices were going to be higher than they are now.

Nuclear watchdog IAEA has said that Iran has reported a strike at its Bushehr nuclear plant, making it the third in 10 days

Hezbollah has said it launched several attacks since midnight local time on Israeli soldiers who have crossed the border into Lebanese territory.

That includes an attack on two Israeli Merkava tanks near the water reservoir in the Lebanese town of al-Qantara in the Marjayoun district.

Hezbollah says it also targeted Israeli soldiers advancing towards the Litani River with rockets, artillery shells and drones near the town of Taybeh.

The attack on the Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia included at least one missile and several drones, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal reported, citing unidentified officials.

The soldiers were inside a building at the base when it was struck, the Journal reported.

Several aerial refuelling planes also suffered damage in the attack, the reports said.

Saudi Arabia has previously intercepted several missiles fired near the base.

The Pentagon and US Central Command have not commented on the matter yet.

The “No Kings” protest movement is planning a comeback on Saturday with more than 3,000 gatherings planned across the US to oppose President Donald Trump.

The grassroots protest movement held demonstrations in June and October 2025, drawing 5 million people, followed by 7 million people to thousands of events across the US.

Organisers say this Saturday could be among the largest days of protest in US history, with a wide range of grievances on display, from Trump’s anti-immigration crackdown to his war on Iran.

Major protests are expected in Washington DC, Minneapolis, Chicago, and San Francisco.

The tiny state of Vermont, home to just 646,000 people, expects more than 40 protests, according to the Burlington Free Press.

The United Arab Emirates said its air defences were responding to an incoming missile and drone attack from Iran early Saturday, as Tehran pressed strikes in the Gulf a month into the regional war.

A defence ministry statement said forces were "intercepting cruise missiles and UAVs (drones)" fired from Iran.

The UAE Ministry of Defence has warned of a potential missile threat. Residents are urged to move to the nearest secure building, stay away from windows, doors, and open areas, and await official instructions.

Authorities have stressed the importance of staying in safe locations, following official channels for real-time updates, and remaining vigilant as the situation develops.

According to the Syrian State TV, explosions heard in Damascus are a result of Israeli air defences intercepting Iranian missiles in Syrian airspace.

Syrian state television is reporting that explosions have been heard in Damascus and the nearby countryside, but their cause is unknown.

Bahrain’s Interior Ministry has issued to two public notices in the past hour warning people to “head to the nearest safe place” and remain calm.

The warnings follow after the ministry said a fire at an unidentified facility in Bahrain was under control after being targeted in an earlier Iranian attack.

Thousands of people have been killed across the Middle East in the Iran war, which began when the US and Israel struck Iran on February 28, triggering Iranian attacks on Israel, US bases and Gulf states, while also opening a new front in Lebanon.

Here are the latest death tolls reported through various sources.

IRAN

US-based rights group HRANA said on Friday that 3,389 people have been killed since the war erupted. It said 1,527 of those were civilians, including at least 228 children.

The group says its data comes from field reports, local contacts, medical and emergency sources, civil society networks, open-source materials and official statements.

At least 1,900 people have been killed and 20,000 injured in Iran in the US-Israeli strikes so far, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) said on Friday

It was not clear if those figures included at least 104 people who the Iranian military said were killed in a US attack on an Iranian warship off Sri Lanka on March 4.

LEBANON

Lebanese authorities say 1,142 people have been killed in Israeli strikes since March 2, including at least 122 children.

More than 400 fighters from Hezbollah have been killed since the Lebanese armed group launched attacks in a new war with Israel on March 2, two sources familiar with the group's count told Reuters. It is not clear if the death toll reported by the authorities include the number of fighters.

IRAQ

At least 95 people have been killed since the start of the crisis, according to Iraqi health authorities. Those include civilians, members of the Iran-affiliated Shi'ite Popular Mobilisation Forces, US-allied Kurdish Peshmerga fighters, and army soldiers.

One foreign crew member was killed in an attack on tankers near an Iraqi port, according to port security officials.

ISRAEL

Missiles launched from Iran and Lebanon towards Israel have killed 19 people in Israel, according to Israel's ambulance service. The Israeli military said four of its soldiers were also killed in southern Lebanon.

Separately, Israeli forces misfired and killed an Israeli farmer near the border with Lebanon on March 22.

UNITED STATES

Thirteen service members have been killed. Six were confirmed dead after a US military refuelling aircraft crashed over Iraq, the U.S. military said, while seven others have been killed in action during operations against Iran.

Twelve US troops were wounded, two of them seriously, in an Iranian military strike on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, a U.S. official told Reuters on Friday.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Ten people have been killed in Iranian attacks, including two army soldiers, according to the UAE authorities.

QATAR

Seven people were killed on March 22 in a deadly helicopter crash in Qatar's territorial waters after a technical malfunction during "routine duty," according to Qatar's defence ministry. No further details were provided.

Four of those killed were Qatari armed forces personnel, one a Turkish serviceman from the Qatar-Turkey joint forces and two were technicians working for Turkey's defence giant ASELSAN.

KUWAIT

Authorities have reported six deaths, including two people killed in Iranian attacks, two interior ministry officers and two army soldiers.

WEST BANK

Four Palestinian women were killed in an Iranian missile attack in the Israeli-occupied West Bank.

SYRIA

Four people were killed when an Iranian missile struck a building in the southern city of Sweida on February 28, state news agency SANA said.

BAHRAIN

Two people were killed in two separate Iranian attacks, with the most recent hitting a residential building in the capital Manama, according to the interior ministry.

The UAE's defence ministry said on March 24 that one of its civilian contractors was killed in an Iranian attack on Bahrain. It identified the contractor as a Moroccan national.

OMAN

Two people were reported killed on March 13 in a drone strike on an industrial zone in Sohar province, marking the first fatalities inside the country, which had been hosting mediation talks between the U.S. and Iran. One person died earlier when a projectile hit a tanker off the coast of Muscat, the vessel's manager said.

SAUDI ARABIA

Two people were killed when a projectile fell on a residential location in Al-Kharj city, southeast of the capital Riyadh.

FRANCE

One French soldier was killed and six others were wounded after a drone attack in northern Iraq, where they were providing counter-terrorism training.

Israel’s military said the missile launch was detected a short while ago and air defence systems are working to intercept the incoming projectiles.

Warnings of the imminent attack have been sent to mobile phones throughout Israel and members of the public have been told to entered protected spaces and remain there “until further notice”.

US President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff said on Friday he believes Iran will hold talks with Washington "this week" as the US-Israeli war against Tehran entered its second month.

The war began on February 28 when the United States and Israel launched airstrikes across Iran, killing supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and sending shockwaves across the globe.

A month later the conflict showed no sign of ending, with US-Israeli strikes hitting two Iranian nuclear facilities on Friday and an AFP journalist in Tehran reporting around 10 intense blasts and a plume of black smoke early Saturday.

"We think there will be meetings this week, we're certainly hopeful for it," Witkoff told a business forum in Miami. Washington expected Tehran to respond to a 15-point US peace plan, he said. "It could solve it all."

The most recent Iranian attack on Israel happened early Saturday local time – an incoming missile salvo that was seen as retaliation for an increased number of strikes by Israel’s military on targets across Iran earlier on Friday.

The target for this salvo was Tel Aviv and towns to the east. At least one of the incoming missiles was a cluster warhead, spreading smaller bomblets over a wide area.

The actual area of impact was quite widespread. One of the bombs struck a street in the middle of Tel Aviv that is usually a busy commercial and shopping street, with one person killed and several people injured.

US President Donald Trump had a productive conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the White House said on Friday, referring to the talks between the two leaders on Tuesday.

The New York Times reported that billionaire businessman Elon Musk joined the phone call between Modi and Trump on Tuesday when the two leaders discussed the situation in West Asia.

"President Trump has a great relationship with Prime Minister Modi, and this was a productive conversation," White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement to PTI when asked for comment on the New York Times report.

Elon Musk participated in a phone call on Tuesday with President Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India, an unusual appearance by a private citizen on a call between two heads of state during a wartime crisis, the New York Times reported quoting unnamed US officials.

The New York Times report said the inclusion of Musk, confirmed by two US officials, suggests that the world's richest man is back on better terms with the president.

Iran US war LIVE updates: The US expects its military operations against Iran to conclude within weeks, not months, and Washington can meet all its objectives without using ground troops, secretary of state Marco Rubio said on Friday.

Rubio told reporters after meeting G7 counterparts in France that Washington was "on or ahead of schedule in that operation, and expect to conclude it at the appropriate time here - a matter of weeks, not months."

Players held small backpacks as Iran's national soccer team used a match against Nigeria on Friday to honour the victims of a deadly missile strike on an elementary school.

More than 165 people were killed, most of them children, when a Feb. 28 strike, likely launched by the US, hit the school in southern Iran. Neither the United States nor Israel has accepted responsibility for the attack, which has come under staunch criticism from the United Nations and human rights groups. The US military is investigating and has said it would never target civilians.

During the national anthem Friday, the Iranian team honoured the memory of the slain children by placing small pink and purple school backpacks in front of them.

Video of the ceremony also showed the players wearing black armbands in remembrance of those killed since the war began.

Emergency responders said a man was killed in Israel on Friday after the Israeli military reported missiles fired from Iran.

The Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency service said a man was killed in Tel Aviv following the latest attack, which triggered air raid sirens in Jerusalem.

Two other men, aged 65 and 50, were wounded in Tel Aviv and taken to hospital, MDA said.

A 37-year-old and a 21-year-old were wounded by shrapnel in the southern Israeli town of Kuseife and taken to hospital, MDA added.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Friday that the US expects its military operations against Iran to conclude within weeks, not months, and Washington can meet all its objectives without using ground troops.

US President Donald Trump on Friday (local time) said another 3,554 targets remain in Iran that will be targeted by the US, stating that the military operations on these will be completed swiftly amid the conflict in the region.

Addressing the Future Investment Initiative in Florida, Trump outlined the scale of potential US military action on the Islamic Republic, despite ongoing diplomatic talks to end the conflict.

"We have another 3,554 targets left. That'll be done pretty quickly. At some point, we're going to have to determine what we do," Trump said.

Bahrain’s Interior Ministry said the fire was “in a facility targeted by the Iranian aggression”, but did not provide further details.

On two earlier occasions this morning, the ministry issued warnings that attack alerts had been activated and people were advised to seek shelter and remain calm.

The Reuters news agency, citing an unnamed US official, is reporting that 12 ⁠US ⁠troops have been injured, two of them seriously, in ⁠an Iranian strike on Prince ⁠Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.

Reuters said the latest casualties add to the more than 300 US military service members who have ⁠been wounded since the ⁠war on Iran started four weeks ago.

Earlier ⁠on Friday, the US ⁠military said 273 of ⁠the 300 wounded service members had returned to duty.

Thirteen US troops ‌have been killed in the conflict so far, Reuters said.
