State Farm Stadium, home of the NFL's Arizona Cardinals, has a permanent capacity of at least 63,000 people, which may be increased to more than 73,000 for major events, according to the venue's website. If attendance surpasses the stadium's capacity, overflow seating will be provided at the nearby Desert Diamond Arena, which can accommodate 19,000 people for concert events. According to Turning Point, the event will start at 8 a.m. local time, with the main program commencing at 11 a.m.

Charlie Kirk's funeral: All about security protocol

Turning Point USA issued rules Saturday night for anyone attending Kirk's memorial ceremony on Sunday at Arizona's State Farm Stadium, which included a patriotic clothing requirement and a strict no-bag prohibition.

The group has requested that all memorial attendees dress in their “Sunday Best” in the favored colors of red, white, and blue.

It further informed that parking at the stadium will be free, but restricted. Therefore, people were advised to go for carpooling if possible.

TPUSA announced that a rigorous no-bag ban would be put into place on Sunday. Guests who arrive carrying bags, including the clear bags permitted at the stadium, will be denied access to the memorial.

The group stated that patience and tolerance will be requested on Sunday, since wait times may be lengthy due to "enhanced security measures."

TPUSA also requested that flowers and other materials be delivered to its headquarters on East Beverly Road in Phoenix rather than to the stadium itself. In lieu of flowers, contributions to TPUSA are accepted.

Kirk, who formed the group in 2012, was slain on September 10th while presenting a TPUSA event at Utah Valley University.
