A flash flood hit New Mexico's Ruidoso as the Rio Ruidoso River overflowed after heavy rainfall throughout Wednesday. A video of the Upper Canyon area in Ruidoso surfaced that showed flood water gushing through the area with strong currents. NWS has issued a flash flood warning for Ruidoso till 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
