After making his Bollywood debut with Udta Punjab (2016), singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh has managed to develop a strong fan base in Bollywood and he doesn’t fear losing it.

“Insecurity does not bother me. If one film doesn’t work then some other film will. Your career depends in the next step,” says Dosanjh, who will be next seen in actor Anushka Sharma’s upcoming production.

Dosanjh, who has given hit tracks such as Proper Patola, Goliyan and Selfie, never imagined that his career would come this far.

“Sometimes I meet people who haven’t heard my music but have seen my films. It’s a nice feeling when I experience this,” he says.

The 32-year-old artist will soon release his next single Do You Know, says he was nervous about the track as he was yet to try anything like this before. “This is an RnB track and not something I usually do. If you do make a track on known grounds then there is a sense of confidence because you know it has worked in the past,” he says.

About the schedule of his upcoming film with Sharma, Dosanjh says, “The shoot of the film is almost over. Only a couple of days left. There is nothing much to say right now but I hope the film gets a good response from the audience.”
