Ki and Ka soars at the BO, earns Rs 15.71 crore in two days

Despite mixed reviews, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s Ki and Ka is going good at box office. The film has already earned Rs 15.31 crore in two days since release.

The collections of Kareena Kapoor-Arjun Kapoor-starrer Ki and Ka rose on Saturday with the film earning Rs 15.71 crore in two days.

Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Ki and Ka is about role reversal in a marriage.

The movie, directed by R Balki, made an average opening at the ticket windows with Rs 7.30 crore on Friday. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “ #KiAndKa Fri ₹ 7.30 cr. India biz... Sat + Sun biz is crucial to deliver a healthy weekend total. #KiAndKa witnesses an upward trend on Sat. Fri 7.30 cr, Sat 8.41 cr. Total: ₹ 15.71 cr. India biz.”

Made on an estimated budget of Rs 35 crore and given the fact that there were no other major Hindi releases this week, Ki and Ka is likely to break even within a week. It was released across the country in approximately 1700 screens.
