While Ishaan Khatter has worked in Majid Majidi’s Beyond The Clouds, Dhadak will be his first Bollywood film. Dhadak trailer will be launched today.

Late Bollywood star Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor is all set for her Bollywood debut Dhadak and the first trailer of the movie, which also stars Shahid Kapoor’s step brother Ishaan Khatter, will be out Monday afternoon. Hours before you are treated to the Hindi version of Marathi superhit film, Sairat, here are the posters and stills from the movie.

Janhvi Kapoor makes her Bollywood debut with Dhadak.

Dhadak, produced by Karan Johar and directed by Shashank Khaitan is set to hit the screens on July 20. The original film, Sairat, traces the story of two teenagers battling the rigid caste system for their love.Janhvi steps into Rinku Rajguru’s shoes while Ishaan takes upon the role essayed by Akash Thosar in the Marathi film.

Talking about the chemistry of Ishaan and Janhvi, Shashank had earlier told PTI, “They (Janhvi and Ishaan) are great people and are very hardworking, these are two things that I always look for in actors. They are good people who respect others and are dedicated to their work and ready to give their best.”
