Actor Shah Rukh Khan is very fond of his younger son AbRam and often takes him along on tours and events. The two were recently spotted at the Mumbai airport as they returned from London after a short journey.
While the actor was in a tee and sported a salt-and-pepper beard, son AbRam was dressed in black and held a stuffed toy close to him. However, the little one didn’t look pleased to be surrounded by the paparazzi. He covered his face with his hand and tried to hide behind his father.
AbRam, like Kareena Kapoor’s son Taimur, was a paparazzi favourite but is now seldom seen in the public eye. The young Khan, however, still accompanies his father when he greets his fans outside his house on festivals and birthdays.
This is not the first time AbRam acted media-shy. He had earlier said “no pictures” to the waiting paparazzi while leaving Aaradhya Bachchan’s birthday bash last year.
He had also shared a moment with Amitabh Bachchan and the veteran actor had tweeted about it, “and this be little Abram, ShahRukh’s little one .. who thinks , believes and is convinced beyond any doubt, that I am his Fathers FATHER .. and wonders why Shahrukh’s father does not stay with him !!!” To this SRK had replied, ““Sir Aaya Karo na! Please stay at home with AbRam on Saturdays atleast.. He has some really amazing games on his ipad...u can doodle jump with him!”
Shah Rukh was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s big budget film Zero along with Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. However, it turned out to be a dud at the box office. He was expected to do Rakesh Sharma biopic titled Saare Jahan Se Achcha next but has now reportedly opted out of the project. Writer Anjum Rajabali had confirmed the same in an interview, “I don’t think Shah Rukh Khan quit Saare Jahan Se Achha because it’s also about space, but, because Zero, his last outing, failed at the box office and thus he was shaken up and this could be the reason for him quitting this flick.”
