Miller smacked as many as nine sixes and seven boundaries to score 101 not out off just 36 balls, powering South Africa to 224/4. In reply, a shell-shocked Bangladesh never attained any momentum as they were bundled out for 141 in 18.3 overs.

Calling the South Africa batsman by the nickname that he got while playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Sehwag said:

South Africa captain Faf du Plessis, who did not play in the T20Is against Bangladesh, said he was proud of Miller’s achievement.

Praising Miller’s effort, former England captain Pietersen said:

On his part, Miller was happy in contributing in South Africa’s win over Bangladesh.

South Africa whitewashed the Test, ODI and T20I series against Bangladesh.
