3:24 PM IST A dominant effort from Bangladesh to go 1-0 up in the series! The victory was set up by their bowlers, and then Litton Das and Co. made light work of the target. The Netherlands were simply outplayed in both departments, but are certainly a much better side than what they showed on the night. It was always going to be tough to defend 136 with the dew settling in, and the Dutch needed to land early punches in the Powerplay. Aryan Dutt prising out Parvez Hossain Emon was as good as it got for them in the early stages, but it was not before Parvez getting off to a flier.

He praises Taskin Ahmed for bowling exceptionally and picking four wickets. Also appreciates Saif Hassan for picking a couple of key wickets. Ends up by saying that 137 was not a big deal on this ground and the way Parvez Hossain Emon started was good to see.

Gives full credit to the Bangladesh team for putting them under pressure right from the start. Hopes that they can make a comeback in the next game.
