Never allowed pressure to affect my studies, says Bhopal CBSE topper Shabdita Tiwari

Girls again outshone boys in Bhopal in CBSE Class 12 examination result, which was announced on Saturday.
Delhi Public School (DPS) student Shabdita Tiwari of Humanities stream emerged the topper with 98.6% marks.
In Science stream Ayudh Saxena, also of DPS scored highest with 98 %.
Carmel Convent School student Ishita Jain topped the list with 97.4% in the commerce stream followed by Trisha Agrawal of Sagar Public School and Megha Uni Nair of St Paul’s Senior Secondary Co-ed School with 97.2%.
Shabdita Tiwari said, “I was expecting good marks but I didn’t expect that I would be topper in the city. I am happy that I scored well.”
“Practice makes perfect and I followed only this. I focused on every single test and tried to cover my syllabus according to tests, which took place during the whole academic year. In the last few months, I did lot of practice of different year question papers and tried to analyse my writing skills.”
“But I never allowed pressure to affect my studies. I just believed in setting small targets daily and accomplishing them,” said Shabdita.
Now, Shabidta wants to study history from Delhi University for her graduation.
Trisha Agrawal, who wants to be a chartered accountant, said, “Consistent study and proper revision helped me in scoring well. I don’t believe in long hours study. I study for 4-5 hours daily and used to do proper revision of that.”
