The chairman and the general secretary of the Hindu Personal Law Board have filed the PIL. They have objected to the use of word 'Ras Leela' in the song. They allege that the lyrics are defamatory to the Sanatan Dharma, IBN-live reported.

The litigation demands a cancellation of certification of the film and a stay on the exhibition of the film.

Salman and Bazmee have to file a reply within three weeks.
