Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbag Singh said on Wednesday that the security situation in the Union Territory is improving. Speaking to reporters, Dilbag said the number of militants in the Valley has come down below hundred.
European Parliament website affected by hacking attack
The European parliament website has been affected because of a hacking attack, news agency AP quoted an official as saying Wednesday.
European Parliament spokesman Jaume Duch said that the website “is currently impacted from outside due to high levels of external network traffic.”
He added that “this traffic is related to a DDOS attack (Distributed Denial of Service) event.”

“India carried out a successful training launch of an Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile, Agni-3 from APJ Abdul Kalam Island, Odisha on November 23, 2022. The successful test was part of routine user training launches carried out under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command. The launch was carried out for a predetermined range and validated all operational parameters of the system”, ministry of defence said in a statement.
Delhi AIIMS server down since 7am
Delhi's All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) reported a failure in its server on Wednesday. The server has been down since 7am today, and the officials have been manually managing the OPD and sample collection.
The hospital said that the problem may have been caused by a “ransomware attack”.
