BJP ministers appear to be immune to the cash crunch brought on by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s attack on black money.

After former Karnataka MLA Janardhana Reddy’s daughter’s wedding, pegged at Rs 500 crore, it was MLA Ram Kadam’s turn to flaunt his wealth.

Kadam recently gifted his teen son a Mercedes convertible car on his birthday.

Kadam, the legislator who won the 2014 assembly elections from a BJP ticket, definitely chose the worst time to indulge in expensive tastes — at a time when the common man struggles in the wake of demonetisation.

It is no wonder the Twitterati has lashed out.
