Udaipur Tension: Gehlot, Tharoor urge social media to delete murder video; SIT to probe case

Udaipur Tension Updates: A tailor, going about his daily work, was attacked and beheaded by two men in Udaipur in broad daylight on Tuesday.

Udaipur News Today: A gruesome broad-daylight murder of a young tailor in Rajasthan's Udaipur has pushed the entire state into disarray. The tailor, who was going about his daily work, was beheaded by two men on Tuesday. Udaipur's district collector Tarachand Meena and superintendent Manoj Kumar have appealed to the general public to maintain calm. Section 144 of the CrPC has been imposed in several parts of Udaipur and internet has been suspended in the district for the next 24 hours.

The deceased had reportedly shared a social media post in support of suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma, a few days ago. Both accused, who filmed the incident and bragged about it on camera, have been arrested.
