At most of the evaluation centres, the CD made to educate the examiners could not be viewed in the morning hours due non-availability of power supply.
However, the same was shown to the examiners and other staff in the afternoon barring Government Inter College where it was not shown till late evening, according to sources.
At few evaluation centres, the necessary arrangements for evaluation were reported incomplete.
Meanwhile, two truck loads of answer sheets of Kanpur City were lying with the GIC. According to sources, a sum of Rs 30,000 was allotted for the purpose was spent and a demand for more funds was sent to the authorities, sources said.
