This used to be a fairly decent restaurant in one of the city's tony addresses. Standards appear to be slipping now. The menu has some off-beat soups like the Miso (which, disregarding the Japanese culinary sensibilities, is the name given to the steamboat) and starters like Kaichi (chicken wings in ginger sauce), but the rest of the offerings won't tickle your imagination.
