I am great at sex but...

I am a 30-year-old single guy. I have had many sexual relationships and always been a great partner indulging in foreplay and after-sex talks. Overall, I am a good performer but the major problem is I get reach climax very soon. Is there any exercise that I can do or any technique that could help me last longer during sex?

Unmarried and virgin at 50!

I am 50-years-old and still unmarried. Since the age of 19, I am suffering from spondylitis with stiffness in hip joints, sacrolic joints and in my spine. This is the reason I did not get married. I also suffer from premature ejaculation. Now I feel lonely. One of my office female colleagues has proposed to me. But everybody says that since I cannot bend I will not be able to satisfy my partner sexually. My query is that will I be able to have intercourse while standing and will this be acceptable to my wife? I cannot discuss this problem with the lady because of the fear that it can spread in whole of the office. I want your sincere advice because I do not want any problem later.

Sex is not pleasurable!

I'm 26-years-old and have recently got married. My wife feels uncomfortable when I use normal latex condom. Is this normal? Can you please give some information about the polyurethane condoms? Are these available in India? We don't want to go for contraceptive pills.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
There is nothing, which is not available in India; you just have to ask for it. Meanwhile, you can use lubricated varieties or your wife can use ordinary creams or moisturizers for vaginal lubrication.

Desire for anal sex

I want to try anal sex with wife but she doesn't allow me. She says it will hurt her and that it has its side effects. Is it true? Please guide.

Reply From Dr. Prem Lata Chawla:
It all depends upon what you consider as 'side effects'. Adverse psychological effects are as much 'side effects' as any physical harm.
