Producer Boney Kapoor and director Satish Kaushik are worried that the two stars might not promote the film together. Milenge Milenge has been delayed by over four years, due to the problems between the former couple. Reportedly, they had refused to dub for the film after their break-up. But Kaushik denies that saying, “Shahid and Kareena never created a problem for the film. It got delayed because of some technicalities.”

Meanwhile the teasers of the film are out, and Boney says, “I’m going to start the publicity in the next two weeks and it is very essential that Kareena and Shahid promote it together since it’s their last film with each other. They are very enthusiastic about the film. They have also promised to promote it, though they aren’t sure if they’ll do it together.” Kaushik insists that the producers should ensure that the actors promote the film “with each other”. But that’s easier said than done, feels Boney. “I can’t force my actors to promote a film. They’re mature professionals and the film will gain a lot if they promote it together,” he says.
