The Khasis love their pork and rice, and the closest you get to Khasi cuisine in this stall is the biryani-like dish called Jadoh, a combination of rice mixed with either pork or chicken. The rest of the menu consists mainly of Chinese dishes, including 11 varieties of soup - for some reason, the North-Eastern stalls have more of Chinese than of their own cuisine, maybe because of the palate of the Delhi market. The juice section is very interesting – try the blackberry, passion fruit and carambola juices.
