WEDNESDAY WAS a day of twists and turns in Uttar Pradesh. Three ministers of the breakaway group of the BSP submitted their resignation to Governor T.V. Rajeswar.
Speaker Mata Prasad Pandey, on the other hand, issued an interim order that the 40 breakaway BSP MLAs remain members of the Loktantrik Bahujan Samaj Dal.
