In this era of work from home, the neck, shoulders and the back muscles suffer a lot due to prolonged sitting in the same position. With the scare of the coronavirus pandemic, we brought the office to our homes last year and since then, it has become a practice. However, in the absence of a proper workplace and a comfortable sitting position, the body suffers a lot.

On Wednesday, Rujuta demonstrated three exercises that can be done at home and are a must to be followed in order to keep our bodies active. In the first part of the video, Rujuta can be seen pushing her palms against a wall with her hands placed below the shoulder and the shoulder blades squeezed. Then she spread her fingers apart and kept them against the wall.
In the second part of the video, Rujuta can be seen standing with her hips aligned with her feet and placing her hands backwards against a chair with the shoulder blades squeezed. In the final part of the video, Rujuta placed her body close to a wall with her one hand folded and placed against it. Then she can be seen touching her palm to her shoulders without moving it from the wall. "3 stretches for neck and shoulders," she wrote.
