Talking to HT Lifestyle, Saurabh Singh Chandel, Executive Chef, Crowne Plaza Greater, Noida shared easy laddoo recipes to boost your immunity in winter.

  1. Gond ke Laddoo

Quantity: 1 Kg

Ingredients:

  • Gond- 400gm
  • Almond- 200gm
  • Clarified Butter- 200gm
  • Magaz- 100gm
  • Pista- 100gm
  • Cashew- 100gm
  • Sugar- 500gm
  • Green Cardamom Powder- 1tbs

Method:

1. Make a sugar syrup

2. Roast gond, cashew, almonds, magaz, pista in clarified butter (desi ghee)

3. Mix all the fried dry fruits and gond in a sugar syrup

4. Add green cardamom powder and cuddapah almond (chironji)

5. Keep aside the mixture and let it be cool.

6. After the mixture get cool down give it a shape of Laddoo

2. Atta Laddoo

Quantity: 1 Kg

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour- 500gm
  • Clarified Butter- 500gm
  • Almonds- 100gm
  • Pista- 100gm
  • Magaj- 100gm
  • Gond- 100gm
  • Demerara Sugar- 250gm
  • Karara- 250gm
  • Green Cardamom Powder- 1 tbs

Method:

1.Heat clarified butter in pan add wheat flour and roast it until it converts in brown colour

2. Heat clarified butter in another pan and roast cashew, almond, gond, magaj and pista.

3. Add the roasted dry fruits and gond in the roasted wheat flour.

4. Now add demerara Sugar, karara and green cardamom powder mix it evenly and bind it and give it a shape of laddoo.

Quantity: 1 kg

Ingredients:

  • Gram Flour- 500gm
  • Clarified Butter- 500gm
  • Almonds - 100gm
  • Pista- 100gm
  • Magaj- 100gm
  • Gond- 100gm
  • Demerara Sugar- 250gm
  • Karara- 250gm
  • Green Cardamom Powder- 1 tbs

Method:
