In Photos | Downpour in Delhi-NCR causes water logging and traffic jam
Thursday's moderate intensity rainfall in Delhi-NCR caused waterlogging and traffic delays. Sudden change in meteorological conditions a day ago led to rain in the capital city and weather analysts stated that scattered rain is likely till September 26.
