Injuries, overuse of joints or certain health conditions like arthritis can impact your joint mobility and make them swollen or painful. There are many ways to manage joint pain naturally from exercise, applying heating pad or ice packs to losing weight. Nutritionist Karishma Shah suggests some effective herbs for managing joint pain.
