Seasonal Affective Disorder, also known as Winter Depression, is a type of depression where the symptoms come and go in a seasonal pattern. With the onset of winter, the symptoms are seen to accelerate. Some of the common symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder are social withdrawal, fatigue, helplessness and depression.
