With time, our skin starts to show fine lines, wrinkles and signs of aging. However, the constant craving of having a healthy and glowing skin persists. In that case, we need to make small but constant changes in our diet and lifestyle in order to keep supplying the skin with the necessary nutrients. In her recent Instagram post, Nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee wrote, “As time passes, fine lines and dīscoloration, are seen on the aging face.
