London police and ambulances descended upon the Parsons Green subway station Friday after a reported explosion on a train standing at the platform. London's Metropolitan Police and ambulance services have declared the incident terrorism related in the capital's southwest.

An explosion on a London underground train on Friday morning left several passengers with burn injuries on the face and hair on fire. Heavily armed police were seen rushing to the Parsons Green station on the District line, said media reports. ‘We are aware of an incident at Parsons Green tube station.
