A 22-year-old man was reportedly found hanging from a ceiling fan in his room in Kashmir Nagar area here on Thursday night.

A 22-year-old man was reportedly found hanging from a ceiling fan in his room in Kashmir Nagar area here on Thursday night.
The Division Number 3 police sent the body to the civil hospital for a post-mortem.
Manohar Lal, father of the victim Raman Kumar, said at the time of incident his son was alone in his room, while his mother was in another room.
Upon returning home from the work on Thursday night, said Manohar Lal, he was shocked to see Raman hanging from the ceiling fan.
He immediately sounded police.
Station house officer at the Division Number 3 police station inspector Rajan Kumar said no suicide note was found from the spot.
Raman was said to be taking treatment for depression for past few months.
